The Treasury Department earlier this week has taken much needed steps to help distress home owners by exerting pressure on banks, and lenders to work with distressed home owners on loan modifications, and has taken a position with them that they have to give an answer on a proposal to purchase a distressed property within 10 days. That is major step in being able to move forward with the sale of the home and avoid foreclosure, and ruin your credit. I have included a short video highlighting the changes that the Treasury Department has mandated presented by the CEO of Remax. Please take the time to watch it. You will find it very informative.
