(August 18, 2011) – For Nancy, Ron and Susie DiPinto, the real estate business definitely is a family affair.

The mother, father and daughter team, with a combined 59 years of experience helping South Jerseyans buy and sell homes, has joined the Marlton operation of RE/MAX Connection Realtors. They will be working out of the agency’s newly renovated satellite facility on 28 North Maple Avenue, just off Route 70 in downtown Marlton.

“We love being together in the same office,” Susie DiPinto said of working in such close proximity with her parents. “We get to bounce ideas off each other and share concepts. This allows our clients to benefit from our combined experience.”

Nancy DiPinto has been a Realtor since 1979. Her husband Ron joined her in 1996 when he received his real estate license after working in corporate management for the Strawbridge and Clothier department store chain, running all food service operations for S&C’s in-store fine dining establishments. Susie completed the triad in 1999 when she left a local mortgage company to become part of the family business.

“The DiPintos are just the type of entrepreneurs we are looking for to join our agency,” said RE/MAX Connection Realtors CEO and President Christopher J. Brown. “In addition to their experience and knowledge of the market, they bring great excitement and enthusiasm to our team.”

Nancy, Ron and Susie get 85 percent of their business from referrals, which keeps them focused on customer service and making sure they offer their buyers and sellers all of the competitive advantages available locally through RE/MAX Connection and nationally as part of the RE/MAX International franchise.

“We are very excited to be part of the RE/MAX brand and to be working with RE/MAX Connection,” Susie DiPinto said. “Chris Brown is very innovative. He constantly thinks outside the box and always brings something new to the table. You need fresh ideas to grow, and Chris Brown has them.”

While the DiPintos handle all types of real estate transactions, Ron and Nancy specialize in serving home sellers who are downsizing, moving out of state or retiring while Susie focuses on first-time home buyers. All three have full knowledge of the entire South Jersey market but most of their transactions are in eastern Camden and Gloucester counties and western Atlantic County.
